The products ordered and available in our stock, except for extraordinary circumstances, are shipped to your address within 3-5 working days. This period may vary depending on product availability and/or production time. Changes or cancellations cannot be made to orders after they have been placed.

 

You can return the products you have ordered within 14 business days from the delivery date to you or the person/organization at the address you provided, provided that they are unused and not within the scope of "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used" specified in Article 6 of the Distance Sales Agreement. To initiate the return process, please inform us via email at hello@denizar.com. After informing us of your return request via email, you can send the product/products, unused and undamaged, along with all usage information and certificate cards, and the invoice of your product to the following name and address. Shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. In case of using the right of withdrawal, the original invoice of the product delivered to the third party or the Customer must be returned. After all materials related to the product have reached us, the product examination is carried out by experts. In case the product is deemed suitable for return after the examination, the product price is refunded to the Customer within 7 business days using the same method of payment as the Customer. If the original invoice is not sent, the return process cannot be completed. For products delivered internationally, only the product price is refunded by offsetting the collected delivery fee from the invoice payment amount.

 

Products specially produced or personalized according to the customer's special requests and demands, or products customized or modified according to the customer's requests, such as changing the color, cannot be returned by the customer. Therefore, all rings, which will be adjusted according to the finger size chosen by the customer during the order, all products personalized or produced according to the customer's requests, and products such as earrings, piercings, ear cuffs, and headbands due to hygiene rules, are considered as products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be used. Orders for products that are specially produced or personalized according to the customer's special requests and demands, or products customized or modified according to the customer's requests, cannot be canceled. Therefore, all rings, which will be adjusted according to the finger size chosen by the customer during the order, all products personalized or produced according to the customer's requests, are considered as non-refundable products.

 

Your orders for returns should be sent to the address below, along with the product, invoice, delivery note, certificate, product box, packaging, and all other documents and materials intact and undamaged, as sent to you. During the return shipment, if there is any deterioration or similar value-decreasing situation in the product and the documents and materials sent together with the product due to reasons arising from the shipping companies or the customer performing the return transaction, the responsibility for these situations belongs to the customer performing the return.
